NHL Draft 2018: Bob McKenzie and Craig Button Release Pre-Season Rankings

Medicine Hat Tigers Center Noah Dobson Remains at Number One

With the Stanley Cup playoffs complete, all eyes shift to the 2018 NHL Entry Draft set to take place in Dallas, Texas on June 28th.

Six-foot-three, 210-pound Medicine Hat Tigers centre Noah Dobson has retained his position as the top pick in pre-season draft rankings released by TSN's Bob McKenzie and Craig Button. McKenzie placed American defenceman Evan Bouchard second overall, a slot above Russian winger Andrei Svechnikov. Button, however, flipped the order of those players with Svechnikov second and Bouchard third.

Other notable names in the top ten of both lists include Swedish defenceman Rasmus Dahlin and Swiss centre Nico Hishier. You can watch videos featuring Mckenzie and Button discussing their rankings on TSN.ca
